Bren turns 1 Month Old

Hard to believe four weeks has already passed by and that Bren is already a month old! Transitioning into a family of four has been relatively smooth and easy--thanks to the help of family and friends the first three weeks :). Getting out and about with two has not been bad so far. Maggie is a good listener and sticks close when I have both girls.

Bren's Milestones -
- Holds head up really well. She started holding her head off my chest when we were still in the hospital. She can hold it off my shoulder for over a minute and can stay steady.
- Eyes have lightened from dark grey to blue.
- Umbilical cord fell off at 3 weeks, has a definite innie.
- Has started 'talking' towards the end of the month. Will ooh.
- Is a great sleeper/eater! At night will give me 4-5 hour stretches and during the day 2.5-3 hours.
- Discovered her hand and that she can make the objects on her bouncer move.
- Loves her paci.
- Went to two zoos - Nashville and Louisville; traveled to Hendersonville for Canon's 3rd birthday and to Louisville to see Nana and Grandad
- Had newborn pictures taken at 6 days old
- Lost the hair on the top of your head around3 1/2 weeks
- Up a whole pound one week from your hospital release weight (from 7 lb,6 oz to 8 lb,6 oz)
